You'll have received a folder containing all of these, but in case you lose them, here is the link to the hpisd athletics page, where you should be able to recover everything except the emergency card and the swimming agreement. So no excuses for not having them! I won't be there next year to track you down.

UPCOMMING EVENTS IN MAY
Hey don't forget the following dates in May.
May 15 Saturday: HPHS Staduim get your sports physical for the 2010-2011 Swimming and Diving Season.
May 17 Monday: HPHS Staduim come join us as we run the dunking booth at the Ronnie Mark Sports Festival. 4 to 5 pm
May 18 Tuesday: Individual and Team Photo will be taken for the 2010-11 Swimming and Diving Season. Location is Lakeside Park. Dress Jeans and Blue Polo Shirts. Time 4:40 p.m.
